Please read over and complete the Wag Hotel First Time Guest Documents.  These are located within the Reservations tab of Wag Hotel’s site. Please complete the one specific to your pet boarding stay for a dog, a cat, or both, should that apply for the care of your pet. These forms are needed to confirm your reservation at a Wag Hotel and can be submitted via fax or, alternately, by email. For guests at the Wag Hotel Sacramento property, the fax number is 916-373-0656. For guests at the Wag Hotel San Francisco property, the fax number is 415-520-9377.
