No. Wag Hotels welcomes all breeds.

Is there an interview prior to my pet staying at Wag?
No, but pets are examined at entry into the hotel pertaining to size and temperament. Our playgroups are the determining factor in assessing each dog’s individual needs and personality type. We determine the best group for your dog based upon information from the Guest Profile and ongoing observation throughout the stay.

My female dog is in heat. Will you still accept her?
Yes. A female in heat tends to stress out males staying at the hotel and the extra cleanup involved can be timely. An additional $50/day fee is incurred on top of the room rate.

Do you accept intact males?
Yes, we do, however, they are placed in our Specialized Care Program for the safety of other guests and to lower arousal levels in playgroups. Our cancellation policy is three days prior to arrival in our Non-Peak periods, and one week prior to arrival for Peak periods. Failure to comply will result in a one-day charge of the room size reserved.
